The purchase and sale of jewelry worth more than 15,000 manats will be carried out without cash
The limit of the purchase and sale of precious stones,precious metals, including products made of precious stones and precious metals, will be carried out only in a cashless manner. This was mentioned in the new Article -3.4.15, which was reflected in the amendment to the law "On Cashless Settlemets" signed by President İlham Aliyev. According to the law, paymemts for the purchase and sale of precious stones, precious metals, with a total amount of more thann 15 thousand manats, will be made only in cashless manner. This Law enters into force on February 1, 2023.
